Stena Metall Group divests BatteryLoop

BatteryLoop is focusing on enabling society to take the next step towards net-zero by providing energy storage solutions, products and services to its customers. The BatteryLoop solutions meets the growing demand for mobile energy storage systems.

Repono is a newly established company supporting the energy transition to reach the environmental targets in Europe toward net-zero by owning and operating large scale battery storage.

The divestment has no significant financial impact on Stena Metall. It is expected to be finalized before year-end 2023.
