As a Domain Owner/Product Manager for Sales & Marketing you will be responsible for digital capabilities and services within the Sales & Marketing area. This includes both developing and optimizing internal sales and marketing processes, as well as developing digital services to external customers. You will ensure that the group’s solutions align with current business needs and support the long-term strategy.
You will work closely with stakeholders across both business and IT, and this role also serves as a domain representative in various cross-functional forums. To your aid, you have four product teams and five direct reports, all working together to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions and efficient delivery.
Using your potential, you will:
- Together with stakeholders, develop and maintain the domain strategy, vision, and roadmap
- Actively explore the current and future needs of the domain’s stakeholders
- Empower your employees and teams to ensure maximum value delivery
- Ensure that common structures (product ownership, roadmaps etc.) are in place and adhered
- Actively develop internal relationships and good collaboration with colleagues from different countries, departments, and levels in the organization
- Enable knowledge sharing and synergies between domains and countries
- Overview and follow-up investments and costs related to IT in the domain
- Keeping up to date with the latest trends and development within the area

To fit for the role, you should have a relevant degree in a Business/IT field. You have several years of experience from working with Product Management in complex IT/business environments. A certification in an agile framework, e.g. SAFe, is a big plus. In addition, you have deep business knowledge of sales & marketing processes, preferably with hands-on experience and within a group structure
